Ingredients
- Instant Coffee
- Granulated Sugar
- Hot Water
- Cold Milk
- Ice
Instructions
Combine equal parts instant coffee, sugar, and hot water in a bowl.
Whisk vigorously for 3-5 minutes until thick, golden peaks form.
Fill a glass with ice and cold milk.
Spoon the whipped coffee mixture on top of the milk.
Stir well before drinking.
